Return and exchange process
1. You can contact giywin customer service to request a return, please do not return the package to an address that does not belong to us. Contacting our customer service will provide you with a suitable return address.
2. Fill out the after-sales card and print the barcode and stick it on your return package.

4. Get a refund (excluding the first shipping fee you paid for this order. About three days after we receive your return package)

Return Policy
1. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and with all original labels, make sure everything in the packaging is intact!
.2 You can return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.

What items are non-refundable?
Free gifts or promotional items of retail value.

Broken product or package
Please contact our customer service, provide the order number and related photos, get a new package or partial compensation, no need to pay the shipping fee.
